The location of this venue is incredible, situated in a stunning area surrounded by fields, hills, and a nearby train station.

A nicely decorated property, fairly clean, peaceful location close to everything you would need. Location next to the old railway station as well as a nice restaurant which have a great outdoor play area as well. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with a wide offering of food, complimentary drinks. Exceptional service overall and parking onsite. Everything superb.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was free. The room was new-fashioned and towels were gorgeous. This hotel was located in a secluded area just off Edinburgh too, a restaurant and the gardens.

The staff were all welcoming and friendly, the location is close to the highlands and Scotland, with beautiful fields and hills nearby, as well as a lovely restaurant.

The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic and had a great variety of food, including fresh berries and fruit 🍓. the location was nice and secluded, making it a perfect stopover between dog shows.

The breakfast in the morning was simply amazing, with an array of delicious options. The surrounding views of the countryside were breathtaking. we highly recommend a stay at this hidden gem.

We loved the high standard of furnishings and the big, soft fluffy towels. the room was huge and the bathroom was spacious. the beds were very comfy, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. the cleanliness was impeccable and there were so many added extras like coffee, tea, biscuits, mini whiskey & gin, tissues. the location was beautiful and tranquil, yet still close to everything we needed. Alan, the host, was friendly and entertaining, and he made our stay truly enjoyable. the delicious cooked breakfast was a highlight.
